Hi! My name is Zach, and I am a Toronto-based Learning Experience Designer (LXD). My journey into the world of education was somewhat unique, but it’s an evolution that allowed me to find who I am as a designer. My educational background began in User Experience (UX) design, where I developed a deep-rooted passion for human-centred design. 

Unexpectedly, my career transitioned into Learning Experience Design. I quickly discovered that my background in UX provided a unique and powerful lens for my role as an educator. Today, I sit at the intersection of Learning Experience Design and User Experience Design, leveraging my technical design roots to craft inclusive, accessible, and distinctive learning experiences that focus on both the user and learner experience.
